Sycamore Consultancy is running successfully under the able leadership & guidance of  Mr. Biswajit Gupta  (CEO) for over two decades , a Management Student in Marketing and also with specialization in Packaging and Marketing. Has worked in M.N.C.’s, in different departments and was associated with the Top Management cadre. With him, he brings decades of experience and the know-how in detecting niche requirements. These qualities help us to understand the requirements much better and thereupon generating productive results.

Meaning of Resume, Bio- Data, Curriculum Vitae are different but the acceptable layout norms should carry once person details and academic details. Generally, the layout should be:
a) Personal details: Personal details like Full Name, DOB, Postal Residence Address, Contact Details which includes the mobile number and E-mail ID.
b) Academic details: Academic details from Schooling to the latest Degree held, preferable Institute name, Period From and To in years, Percentage/Grade.
c) Professional Career: From the initial working till date. Should mention company name, Nature of Work, Designation held, Period From and To in years.
d) Achievements: Highlight your academic, professional and vocational achievements.
e) CTC and Notice Period: CTC means Salary earned, present and expected details, notice period from the present employment in days.
f) References: Their name, designation company working with and their contact details.

A cover letter is important because certain facts cannot be narrated in the profile specifically on the niche Job Description discussed.

After our screening, it is sent to our client for approval thereafter reviewing your profile, CV gets shortlisted. During the interview, all the points which are mentioned in the profile are analysed and the panel probes it minutely. Any deviation will have a negative impact. Hence one has to lay a lot of stress in the initial interview. The first impression is the last impression. Should be a keen listener . When your CV gets shortlisted Sycamore sends the Job Description and a brief synopsis carrying important snippets of the company like the type of industry, product details, their website, interviewer details which you have to necessarily broach, through this insight this will definitely enhance your confidence to face the panel better.
Yes, we would give you further interview call but not from the same company may be from other similar vacancy as and when opportunity comes.

We are in this business for a long period. We have our own data bank resources duly segmented, ranked and preserved on their hierarchy. We have also cultivated different networking systems through referrals and connections.
We, after receiving the calibrated Job Description and the skill set required we then search the relevant profiles matching the criterias, then speak to the potential candidates, explain the requirement, after receiving candidates consent, we proceed to share you the profiles.

Initially, a brief synopsis of the company background is required either in the form of website detail or if not available the details like nature of the business, industry sector, overall product detail and if possible size of business is required so that it enable us to pick up and choose profiles from similar industry background.
The vacancy order KRA has to be defined specifically on the technical areas, then the other normal details about the designation, CTC range, academy and age bracket. This helps us to identify the candidate better and lead time of shortlisting and employment TAT comes down.

After we receive your clear instruction to go-ahead on the search, we base our CV search on the JD provided. We try to match it, in all aspects to the nearest match. Before that, we approach the candidates then enquire about his skill sets, academic and the industry sector along with his availability then we share you 2 to 3 profiles for your scrutiny and fitment details. Once your valuable remarks are shared and received. Based on the comments we , if required, refine them further. While sharing the candidates profile we also notify their present/expected CTC, notice period required for joining, also candidates preferential dates to attend interview.
When our referred candidates get selected we let  him understand that our client initially has to invest time, energy, money then after a period the human asset would then bear fruit. Considering this, we make it a point that they should agree upon to stick a company for a substantial time, thereupon the growth can be mutual or else the whole exercise of the recruitment process is futile.

By any chance, due to inexplicable reasons, our referred candidate leaves the organisation in his/her own accord within a stipulated period of 10 weeks then we provide free replacement
